Ok. So today's journal entry shocked even me.

I took my measurments on December 29, 2008. That's when I started Atkin's. Well, I hadn't lost any weight, and I weighed this morning at 5lbs less! Then I moved the scales and they gave me a different reading every time I got on them. Whatever. My measurments on the left are 12/29/08 and on the right is 1/7/09.

Arm - 15.5 14.75
Bust - 42.5 41.5
Waist - 35 33.5
Hips - 45 44.5
Thigh - 27 26
Calf - 16.5 15.5

Forget the scales. These are the numbers that matter to me. And I'm impressed with myself. -and happy-

I've also decided to make a schedule for daily routine, so I don't eat because I'm bored. It is still being perfected, but this is the "rough draft".

6:15 MAKE BFAST FOR BOYS, CLEAN KITCHEN, MAKE BOTTLES
NATTY USUALLY AWAKE - FEED HER
6:35 ZACHY TO BUS
6:45 CHECK COMPUTER EMAIL MYSPACE FACEBOOK, WHATEVER
7:00 MOM EAT BFAST
7:15 KYLE TO BUS
7:30 EVAN UP AND AT 'EM - FEED HIM
UNTIL 8:30 DO WHATEVER, PLAY WITH KIDS, COMPUTER TIME, READ, WATCH TV
8:30 PUSH UPS, BUTT CRUNCHES, SQUATS, STRETCHING
9:00 DONNA HERE, GO WALKING
10:15 MOM EAT SNACK
10:15 TO 11:00 LAUNDRY, CLEAN BEDROOM, MAKE BED
11-12pm PREPARE LUNCHES, SNACKS, PREPARE KIDS ROOM FOR NAPS, CLEAN KIDS ROOM
12:00 LUNCH FOR KIDS, ART TIME, LEARNING ACTIVITIES
AFTER LUNCH, KIDS NAP
12:30 - 1:15 LAUNDRY, CLEANING
1:15 MOM EAT LUNCH
2:10 GET ZACHY
2:30-3:45 ERRANDS, REST, CLOTHES, WHATEVER
4:00 OPRAH
4:30 SNACK FOR MOM
5:00-7 START DINNER, EAT DINNER, CLEAN UP FROM DINNER
7:00 KIDS START GETTING BATHS
AFTER BATHS UNTIL 8:15, FAMILY GAME TIME - UNO!!!
8:30 BEDTIME

If I can keep this up, I can actually get something done without taking extra time to EAT. I might have more computer time later where I can go through some questions that Dr. Oz proposed we answer.
